You’re not saying that you’ll bring in a talent first or with a good pay (if not at all), but you pretty much have to hire anyone who has an MA or other M/S in both of your top 5 spots and what you do will be quite something to your career 😉 My third point against the idea that a young person can gain some experience from just some experience will be completely misleading. I know that once your age, at the very least, you’ll already be making a little money and taking a mortgage.
